Blogging with a confused mind...helps...

I discovered that typing your miseries out is almost the same like crying it out. It gives the same after-effect.

I typed a looooong list of shitholes I'm having, blabbering on describing the pain, how much it cuts through the bone. Teared out abit, said a bunch of fucks now and then, and the more I typed, the more I understood my hurt.

And then I pause. And then, there was a change of perspective. I say things like...

"It's okay"
"I'll try again"
"I was wrong, I shouldn't have done that"
"Dammit"
"Haiya...."
"Maybe not meant to be lah"

OR the ultimate reaction...

"What the hell am I writing?! SHEEEEESH!!"

And then....I was a new piag again.

Most says that writing down your feelings helps alot in many ways than one.

For me, blogging is my escape route from the craziness around me. In my blog, I tend to write my misery in forms of jokes/humors as so it doesn't sounds too whiny and too depressed.

Not only that, it helps me to get over my bleakiness and see problems in another angle.

Your mind is at your mercy and changing your mood from shitty to sunny is so easy especially when you trick it into thinking, "Hey, it's not that bad. I've been to worse. 'Sides, when I look back it's as funny as hell"

That's my 2 cents though

good luck!
